These terms apply to your use of this website and to quote requests made through it. By using the website you agree to them. Our services are provided under a written agreement, which controls if it differs from anything here.
Quote requests and bookings
Every custom event design is quoted individually. Sending a quote request does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when you accept our written quote and we receive any required payment or deposit. Pricing, payment schedule, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your written agreement.
Designs, colors and materials
We design around the details you share with us. Colors and materials may look slightly different from photos because of lighting, screens and product availability. If a material or color is unavailable, we will discuss a comparable alternative with you.
Venue access and weather
You are responsible for confirming that your venue permits the planned décor and for arranging access for setup and takedown at the agreed times. Outdoor installations depend on the weather, and we may adjust the design or the setup for safety.
Safety
- Balloons and balloon pieces are a choking hazard for young children. Adult supervision is required.
- Please tell us in advance about latex allergies so we can plan accordingly.
- Keep décor away from open flame, heat sources and sharp objects.
- Installations are not designed to be climbed on, leaned on or moved. Please do not allow guests to do so.
Rentals and purchases
Giant flowers and other pieces may be available for rental or for purchase. Rental pieces remain the property of Bloom Event NT. The rental period, deposit and return conditions are set out in your written agreement.
Photos of our work
We may photograph our décor at your event and use the photos on this website and in our portfolio. If you would prefer that photos of your event are not published, tell us before the event, or contact us later and we will remove them.
Website content
The text, photographs and designs on this website belong to Bloom Event NT and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The photos show examples of our work and actual results will vary by event.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Event NT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
