Size and complexity
A single garland and a full-room installation are very different projects. The number of balloons or stems, the height of the piece and how sculpted the design is all affect the time and materials involved. A backdrop with several layers of detail takes more planning and more hands than a simple arch.
Materials and finishes
Custom color palettes, metallic and chrome finishes, florals, signage and handcrafted pieces such as giant flowers all influence the price. Specialty items cost more than standard ones, and the more custom the design, the more it is worth talking through early.
Rental or purchase
Some pieces, including our giant flowers, are available for rental or purchase. Renting is often a good fit for a single event, while buying makes sense if you want to keep a piece for photos or display.
Venue and access
Where and how we install matters:
- Location. Travel, parking and loading in the city take real time.
- Access. Stairs, elevators and the floor your event is on can add to setup time.
- Indoor or outdoor. Outdoor pieces need sturdier structures and a plan for wind and sun.
Timing
Your date and your setup window both count. Weekends in popular seasons fill up early, and early-morning installs or tight setup times can affect the plan. The sooner you reach out, the more options you have.
